The Rare Steeds!

Ahh the rare ponies...  The Shelby, Boss, Mach I, Cobra, Cobra Jet, '83 GT Convertible......

WHAT......? 

That's right, we said '83 GT Convertible!  Back in the spring and summer of '83, Ford Motor Company ran a short production of 1001 untis.   It is rumored that these rare builds were a "Marketing Test" for the following year's 20th anniversary Mustang.  Whatever the case, there were only a handful produced, and less than half of those are still in existance.

Little has been said about this rare car, however from time to time a little blurb will be mentioned in one magazine or another.  This web site is for the purpose of maintaining a "Registry" of these cars and to be the central source for information about the cars.
